Because we sell and use mostly small locally owned and produced food items and the hand made nature of our gift arrangements, We do not accept returns. We will replace individual items if there is a manufacture defect. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping to hot climate areas, packages left out in the extreme elements by shipping carriers, or how long it takes to arrive. Once it leaves our hands, all we can do is track it to see aprox. when it should arrive.
